Board of Directors

Robin Beaulieu,
Director, President,

Robin joined the CCF board in 2015 after leading many teams successfully that raised money for cancer research beginning in 2005.  Originally from Mankato Minnesota, Robin moved to Deland in 1972 and has remained living in the Volusia County area embracing everything it had to offer her entire family.  Married to husband David, their blended family includes 3 children, 2 grandchildren.   Robin is employed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court as a Human Resource Generalist and Retirement Coordinator where she has remained for 30 years holding many different positions on the east and west side of the county.  In 2003, Robin joined the Human Resource Team that allowed her opportunities to serve others in a more personal role and continue a profession she enjoyed while opening independent food chains from Jacksonville to Orlando. Robin’s family has continued to be impacted and battle cancer.  The daughter of a parent who was diagnosed with cancer, Robin’s father was taken by the deadly disease in 2014.  Her mentor, and guide, he established a very strong precedence of strength and perseverance that continues to guide her today as she pays it forward helping others diagnosed with cancer.   In 2016 Robin was diagnosed with stage IV cancer and it was a strong belief in her care givers and the gifts of love and support that carried her through those difficult times. In her father’s memory she continues to dedicate her time and effort to support those diagnosed with cancer in hope that no child or family is ever refused support or care.

Linda’s hails from Trenton, NJ and Levittown, Pa where she raised her two wonderful sons. After they finished college and began their own journeys in Chicago & Vermont, she moved closer to her family here in Central Fl.

“Cancer has touched my family in many ways but, thankfully it never involved my children or any other child in my immediate family. As a parent, I cant imagine anything worse than having your child face a cancer diagnosis. I firmly believe that the children and families that we support need us! It’s impossible not to want to dig in and help, and that’s exactly how I got involved. Of course, sharing an office with the previous Gala Chairman makes it difficult not to. But truly, its something we believe in.”

Cindy Whitaker
Patient Liaison,

Don Hill, Founder
(Executive Director, retired April 2014)

donhillDon Hill is a tireless helper who has the power to give much needed hope and relief to grieving parents. Parents whose children have cancer are as much affected by the disease as if they had it themselves. Cancer is a pernicious disease that hurts every member of the family. Don is the founder of Childhood Cancer Fountation, Inc.

It is a blessing when Don’s kids reach the End of Chemo and go into a state of remission. During the most trying times when surgery, chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants are the best hope for recovery, Don, as the Ambassador for CCF, generously sees to the needs of their families.
